Deer Season:

  • Archery Season: Five-month season, longbow and crossbow.
  • Muzzleloader Season: two-seasons
  • Modern Gun Season: 30+ days, including Christmas holidays

Squirrel, Quail & Rabbit Seasons: lengthy seasons available, various bag and possession limits.

Turkey Season: 3 weeks in spring. 2-gobbler bag limit.

Ducks & Migratory Birds Season: Arkansas is known as the Duck capital of the world with its true headquarters only 40 minutes away in Stuttgart. Migratory Birds abound with various seasons and bag limits.

Pine Bluff has a great fishing history, being nicknamed the “Bass Capital of the World.”

Pine Bluff Slack Water Harbor (Lake Langhofer), public fishing for Bass, Crappie, Bream, Stripers Hybrids and Catfish. Boat launching at Pine Bluff Regional Park, Island Harbor Marina and Saint Marie Park

Lake Saracen, public fishing for Bass, Crappie, Bream & Catfish. Boat launching at Saracen Landing and public access ramp located on Highway 79 North.

Arkansas River, public fishing for Bass, Crappie, Bream, Stripers, Hybrids & Catfish. Boat launching at Regional Park, Island Harbor Marina, Saint Marie Park & Shepherd’s Island.

Senior Citizen & Youth Fishing Pond, Regional Park, public fishing for kids under 16 and senior citizens 65 and older. Any age adult may accompany kids under 16. No boating allowed.
